You’ll play a vital role in converting leads into bookings, offering top-notch support, and ensuring a seamless experience. With a salary of £26k per annum and the potential for commission up to £600/month, it’s an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A little bit about the role

Location: Stoke Office, Hybrid
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday (with 1 Saturday per month, day off in lieu)
Respond to inquiries and book appointments
Provide information about services and answer questions
Ensure bookings are made efficiently and within the same month when possible
Manage customers from initial contact to final booking
Follow up on missed appointments and enquiries
Handle live chat and social media interactions
Meet sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For

Experience in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to meet targets
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence in handling multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of service
A customer-first attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
