The Agency
This dynamic, multi-service creative agency works with a diverse client base; from disruptive start-ups to household names. They deliver standout creative content that gets results, covering podcasting, video production, photography, branding, social media management, and design. Known for their strategic thinking and award-winning campaigns, they're now looking for a senior leader to drive the next phase of their growth.
The Role
As Head of Agency, you'll take the reins on both commercial growth and creative excellence. You'll be responsible for pitching and winning high-value accounts, refining workflows, managing a talented multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
You'll balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery, whilst making sure the agency continues to evolve, grow, and remain at the forefront of the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the agency's growth strategy and identifying new business opportunities
* Pitching for and securing large-scale accounts across multiple sectors
* Overseeing operations and improving processes across all departments
* Managing and mentoring a talented team spanning creative, strategy, content, and production
* Tracking performance metrics, ensuring profitability, and reporting to leadership
* Representing the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings

* 5+ years' leadership experience within a creative, digital, or marketing agency
* Proven success in winning and growing large client accounts
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills
* Deep understanding of agency operations, delivery workflows, and team structures
* Passion for creative content, digital media, and building high-performing teams
