You will combine strong analytical skills, clear communication and a collaborative approach with the ability to apply planning good practice in a practical and delivery-focused way.
You will be able to demonstrate your understanding, skill and experience in the following areas:
1. Developing construction programmes and schedules from first principles, using quantities and production rates.
2. Applying construction planning expertise across design, construction and delivery stages of complex infrastructure and engineering projects. This includes reviewing progress, maintaining programmes and analysing data to forecast time and cost outcomes.
3. Preparing clear constructability and progress reports, and advising teams on issues, impacts and mitigation.
4. Developing phasing strategies and visual planning tools to communicate sequencing and constraints.
5. Using Primavera P6 and other planning tools effectively, with a good understanding of cost and resource loading.
