Do you have comprehensive knowledge of apprenticeship qualifications and how these can be used to support training, new posts and continual development opportunities?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Workforce Development Officer (Leadership Development) for 18.5 hours a week to join our team and plan and deliver a range of learning opportunities across the Council and in our schools. The successful candidate will have experience of apprenticeships, leadership training, T levels and work experience with the ability to build rapport at all levels and encourage staff to engage and participate in a range of training and apprenticeship qualifications.
The work will be demanding with the requirement for research, creativity and innovation to help drive the implementation of existing and new programmes but equally rewarding to be part of a team supporting the development of a sustainable workforce.
