Senior accountant

Are you a qualified accountant looking to get involved in various projects around company integrations, finance process improvements and complex system overhauls? A high‑growth business based near Billericay is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to take ownership for all elements of the statutory reporting, financial close and month‑end activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting cycles providing ownership on forecasting, tax reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and present management reporting to senior stakeholders providing detailed variance analysis and quarterly commentary.
• Be responsible for leading audit, resolving findings and liaising with auditors regarding a wide range of requests.
• Support technical accounting queries and preparing consolidations across the business including intercompany reconciliations.
