Income Team Leader
About The Role
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated Income Team Leader to manage an operational Income team, ensure that all rent accounts are managed appropriately to prevent arrears and maximize income recovery for the organization. The role involves supporting officers in reviewing complex cases and attending court as required.
This is a permanent role with a starting salary of £38,656 per year, rising to £41,777 after key competencies are met.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in more than one service area, capable of completing all aspects of the role and supporting other service areas when needed. You should have strong leadership skills to manage people-related processes such as absence management, conflict resolution, capability, leave, and resource planning.
As Income Team Leader, you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate resilience, and handle challenging situations and complaints effectively.
Minimum Requirements
* Level 4 qualification in a related subject or equivalent experience.
* Level 3 Leadership qualification, or a commitment to work towards it.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach.
* Proven experience handling complex cases and complaints.
