Shifts: Daytime only - 08:00 to 17:30

The Role

Working primarily across breakfast and lunch service, you'll play a key role in delivering quality food while maintaining high standards in food safety and kitchen organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes
Ensure all food is produced to company and brand standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Passion for fresh food and delivering quality
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Flexible to work a 5/7 rota including weekends
