Working within the Finance team, the Broker Finance role plays a key part within the company group, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities of the role
* Perform daily reconciliations of customer payments against the company's internal system.
* Conduct monthly reconciliations of customer and insurer accounts against the internal system.
* Ensure all Direct Debit funding is allocated and reconciled on our Direct Debit facility.
* Set up loans where required, process amendments, and ensure all amounts and payments reconcile.
* Send statements and follow up on outstanding policies for reconciliation.
* Distribute weekly statements to customers and chase outstanding debts.
* Assist with recording and reconciling client monies.
* Resolve account queries arising from insurer statements and daily payments.
Experience / Skills
* Experience managing workloads and prioritizing tasks.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Industry experience in finance or insurance is preferred but not essential.
