We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager for our quickly growing domiciliary care company based near to Croydon. We are offering: * Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £36,000 per annum DOE * Bonus scheme on parameters being achieved The Role: As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the delivery of care services * Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations * Managing staff and resources effectively including recruitment of the care team * Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans * Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals * Growing the business, putting care first at all times The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have: * Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it) Level 3 minimum * Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role * In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations * Excellent communication and leadership skills * The ability to develop and implement strategic plans The Package: The benefits package for the Registered Manager role includes: * A contributory pension scheme * Training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Good progression opportunities as the company expands We are renowned for providing high-quality home care services and are committed to improving the lives of our clients.
