We’re looking for a qualified or part-qualified Accountant to join our Finance team in a newly created role: Financial Accounting Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of our financial operations and contribute to the wider evolution of the Agency.
As part of the Finance and Business Support (FBS) Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial services across the organisation. Our Finance team handles everything from invoice processing and budget monitoring to procurement and financial systems. We work collaboratively, with flexibility and shared learning at the heart of what we do.
In this role, you’ll:
1. Support the Senior Finance Manager and deputise when needed
2. Lead on finance and expenses systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
3. Drive improvements in financial reporting and system functionality
4. Provide expert guidance across the organisation
5. Develop your team to foster continuous improvement and professional growth
