This is a great opportunity to join the team: This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Web Development Manager to lead a major website rebrand in collaboration with our external agencies. This temporary role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of web development, digital marketing, and content optimization. The primary purpose is to work directly with our digital and web development agencies to implement our new brand on our current website. You will be the main point of contact, managing the project to review and optimize the customer journey, initiate layout and functionality updates, and ensure the new brand is executed successfully. You will also work with our agencies to measure the success of the new brand launch and website performance, using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to inform future strategy. Whilst also involves working with internal departments to ensure digital content aligns with the rebrand and engages audiences to increase awareness and revenue. What you can bring: Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS). Knowledge of graphic design principles. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Demonstrable experience in managing website projects, including development, design, and maintenance. Experience in managing website update programmes and processes in a complex organisation.
