The role
Nesti exists to help people feel calmer, safer and more regulated in their own bodies.


Founded by two friends with ADHD, we've grown from a simple idea into a brand that has helped thousands of families across the UK, Australia and beyond.


We're now looking for a Head of Organic Growth to lead the next stage of that journey.


This is not a traditional marketing role.


We are looking for someone obsessed with content, storytelling, psychology, community and growth.

Someone who understands how attention works online and knows how to turn content into customers.

The Role


You will be responsible for building and executing Nesti's organic growth strategy across all channels.

Your mission is simple:

Generate as much profitable organic revenue as possible.

You will oversee our content ecosystem, creator relationships, social channels, community engagement and growth initiatives.

You will work directly with the founders and have significant autonomy to test ideas, launch campaigns and shape the future direction of the brand.

Responsibilities
Organic Growth Strategy
  • Own Nesti's organic growth roadmap
  • Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement and revenue
  • Develop channel-specific growth strategies
  • Analyse performance and optimise based on data
Content Leadership
  • Build and manage the content calendar
  • Develop content concepts, campaigns and creative angles
  • Work with creators, editors and designers
  • Ensure all content aligns with the Nesti brand
Creator Programme
  • Recruit and manage creators
  • Identify high-performing partnerships
  • Scale creator-generated content
  • Improve creator retention and output quality
Community Growth
  • Grow and nurture the Nesti community
  • Create systems that increase customer advocacy
  • Turn customers into ambassadors
  • Build deeper relationships with our audience
Revenue & Performance
  • Track content performance against revenue
  • Identify winning formats and double down
  • Report directly to founders on growth metrics
  • Constantly test new ideas and opportunities


The Environment

Nesti is not a corporate business.

We move fast, make decisions quickly and expect a high level of ownership from everyone on the team.

This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where ideas are tested rapidly, standards are high and no two weeks look the same.

You'll be working directly alongside the founders and will have the opportunity to influence major decisions across the business.

We care far more about outcomes than hours, but with that comes responsibility, accountability and a willingness to move at pace.

If you're looking for a highly structured corporate environment with layers of approval and slow decision-making, this probably isn't the role for you.

If you're excited by building, creating, solving problems and having a genuine impact on the growth of a business, you'll fit right in.

Growth Opportunities
