Are you looking for a rewarding job where no two days are the same? Would you like a role that is different from the typical 9 to 5?
At Meadow View, we are seeking engaging and positive Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Support Worker, you will provide outstanding support to help individuals live more independent, dignified, and happy lives. We value forward thinkers who can suggest new ideas to develop a person’s opportunities and skills, from gardening to cooking nutritious meals.
Support work often involves community activities outside the individuals' homes, such as walking, cinema visits, or trips to the seaside. We seek flexible, open-minded support workers to facilitate these activities.
You will have a strong support network from the Meadow View management team. We work proactively to ensure the best support for staff, so even if you're new to care, you'll have guidance and support.
