We are looking for a self-motivated individual to work within our Specialist Accounts Team. You will possess excellent administration and customer care skills, together with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. How your role fits within our team
You will support the SAT Team in ensuring all specialist-related queries are handled appropriately and effectively, whilst maintaining a high level of Customer Service. You will be the first point of contact for our specialist patients and customers when calling into the business, so a positive, customer-first attitude is key.
Key responsibilities
* Handling incoming communication from our specialist patients and customers, ensuring we meet internal KPIs
* Delivering excellent customer service across all communication channels, in line with our company call standards
* Ensuring the smooth running of our panel referral process, making sure patients are kept informed every step of the way.
* Making outbound contact to specialist patients as and when required, to ensure there are no delays in their treatment.
* Working in compliance with appropriate company policies and procedures and understanding and adhering to the Data Protection Policy.
* Supports the team on key deliverables, making sure we fulfil all contractual obligations.
* Effectively manage own workload, taking an organised and proactive approach to ensure all work is completed on time or reallocated as appropriate.
* Ensure you communicate regularly with SAT Section Leader to identify any issues or service risks as soon as possible.
* Accountable for ensuring tasks and processes are delivered within the required timeframe.
* Take ownership in resolving queries and complaints, aiming to find the best solution for our customers.
* Effectively manage all specialist processes, including excess, underwriting decisions and panel referrals, ensuring you work collaboratively to complete all outstanding workloads in a timely manner.
* Proactively support the SAT Manager and Section Leader with the implementation of new and upcoming contracts such as Back on Track.
