My client is a leading caterer and I am currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor to be based at their site in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
For this Catering Supervisor role, I am looking for a candidate who has:
Had full barista training
The ability to manage a catering operation
Financial understanding of labour costs, food costs etc
Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
The desire to grow with a forward thinking company
Applicants for this Catering Supervisorrole must have experience in similar role within the last year.
