We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic hostess who want to join a dynamic, fast-paced team The ideal candidate for this position loves working with people and meeting new people in a busy pub/club environment ( please be aware of this). We are seeking passionate, career-minded individuals who are willing to work hard and learn fast in club/pub environment. At our establishment, we are looking for someone who would work in the business who has a passion for making our customers' experience the best it can be. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, such as the ability to make promote, upsell, problem solve and multitask. In addition to serving alcoholic drinks, this position requires the hostess to take orders from our guests and serve shots, collect payment from customers in a timely manner and upsell alcohol.
Responsibilities:
* Great Customer Service
* Sell Shots & hit target
* Promote Beverages for special events.
* Support the bar queues
* Communicate with customers, be friendly, and maintain good public relations.
* Maintain cleanliness of the work areas, and utensils.
* Create a good rapport with venue management and
* Ensure up selling of alcoholic beverages and hit
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
