What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with HR teams to gather and analyse businessrequirements
* Recommend improvements across HR systems including core HR,learning, and talent optimisation.
* Identify integration needs across internal and externalplatforms
* Document processes and design future-state solutions
* Support change initiatives and help embed new ways ofworking
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful projectoutcomes
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced BusinessAnalyst who’s passionate about people and technology.You’ll ideally bring:
* A degree in IT, Business, HR or equivalent experience
* 5+ years’ experience in HR tech implementations andsystems development (Workday desirable)
* Strong business analysis skills, including data review andsystem testing
* Experience with external system procurement and stakeholderengagement
* Familiarity with project methodologies like Agile orPrince2
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
