Site Engineer – VolkerStevin (Plymouth)

VolkerStevin have a fantastic opportunity for a number of Sie Engineers to join our long term project in Plymouth.
This position requires security clearance and you must be a UK National.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all engineering duties and ensuring any engineers under their control complete their duties.
* Educate and mentor the engineering team.
* Input into RAMS, temporary works briefs, ITP's, weekly progress and planning updates, NCR's, TQs and Early Warnings.
* Accountable for SHE performance at site level to support Line Manager.
* Ensure quality performance at site level with regard to standards of both workmanship and documentation.
* Ensure accurate setting‑out and control, communicate clearly to subcontract personnel, maintain long‑term setting‑out and project stations.
* Produce and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for your section of the works, ensure quality checks and records, raise RFIs and TQs.
* Maintain and collate quality records, support overall project quality goals agreed in the SMP, manage subcontractor progress.
* Develop the short to medium term programme for your section of the project and maintain progress records.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 5 Years' experience working toward a professional certification.
* UK National status.
