GSL Education are seeking resilient and proactive Behaviour Support staff to work in schools across Sheffield. This role is ideal for individuals who can build positive relationships with students, de-escalate challenging situations, and help learners stay engaged in their education. As a Behaviour Support practitioner, you will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support pupils who may struggle to access learning due to behavioural or emotional needs.
