What You'll Be Doing
As the Site Operations Manager, you'll oversee and coordinate all daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly—from the moment the doors open to the final lot of the day. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operations & Logistics
* Team Leadership & Staff Development
* Customer & Consignor Engagement
* Financial & Administrative Oversight
* Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Health & Safety / Facility Management
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's hands-on, solution-focused, and thrives in a people-facing, multifaceted role.
Essential:
* Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (retail, hospitality, logistics, events, or similar)
* Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Confident using digital tools, including Microsoft Office and team communication platforms
Desirable:
* Experience in the auction, antiques, or arts sector
* Knowledge of online auction platforms and cataloguing systems
* Background in café/hospitality management
* Familiarity with health & safety regulations
