Managed Service Consultant – Doctors Division Location: Milton Keynes (On site) Salary: £25,396.80 to £31,300 (DOE) Are you looking to take your career in sales, account management or healthcare compliance to the next level? The Role As a Managed Services Consultant (Doctors), you will be responsible for the day-to-day account management of our partnered NHS clients within the Doctors division. Your role will be pivotal in nurturing client relationships, understanding staffing needs, and ensuring high fill rates by collaborating with recruitment teams and external suppliers. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position with clear pathways for progression and regular performance-linked bonuses. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for your assigned NHS client(s), from initial engagement through to full delivery of their staffing needs Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hospital hiring managers and external suppliers Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure medical vacancies are filled quickly and accurately Conduct outbound calls to clients and suppliers to build relationships and manage service delivery Respond promptly to inbound client and supplier queries, resolving issues and escalating where appropriate Advertise medical vacancies on our internal platform, ensuring information is clear and up to date Participate in Microsoft Teams meetings and client site visits (occasional overnight stays required) Support the vendor management process by coordinating end-to-end supply delivery Maintain accurate records and progress reports using CRM systems (e.g., Clarity) Contribute to internal meetings and ongoing training to ensure best-in-class service delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Consistently meet or exceed daily dial rates and call time targets Achieve and maintain a minimum 95% fill rate across assigned client(s) Ensure timely completion of all assigned daily tasks Meet agreed response time targets in line with client expectations and internal standards Regularly review and update objectives in line with business development What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational ability and attention to detail Experience managing full supply chains in a vendor management setting Confidence in leading face-to-face and virtual client meetings Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Previous experience using Candidate CRM systems Background in account management or service delivery roles, ideally in a healthcare or recruitment setting Desirable: Experience in the healthcare sector or medical recruitment Knowledge of NHS procurement or vendor management processes Why Join ID Medical?
