Are you a commercially driven Key Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships and driving growth within a fast-paced retail environment? We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing UK business specialising in sustainable, design-led promotional products supplied to an impressive portfolio of retail, e-commerce, and national accounts. With a strong reputation for quality, creativity, and exceptional service, the business partners with well-known brands, visitor attractions, independent retailers, and major commercial organisations across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint two ambitious Key Account Managers to join a collaborative and high-performing commercial team. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced account management professional to take ownership of an established customer base whilst also identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with retail buying teams and key decision-makers, leading commercial discussions, developing bespoke product solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role would suit someone with experience working with department stores, visitor attractions, garden centres, national retail accounts, promotional merchandise, giftware, or e-commerce clients.
