The LifecycleSurveyor willbeworkingonourPFISchoolsContractwithinDalkiaScotlandFacilities. Fromreactiveandplannedmaintenance,projectdeliveryandlifesafetysystemstoenergyandlifecyclemanagement,weworkwitheachschooltoprovidelocal,responsiveserviceandvalueformoney.Togetherwithteachersandtheschoolssupportteam,wereworkingtocreateteachingandlearningenvironmentswherepupilsexcel. Whatyou'llbeworkingon The LifecycleSurveyor ,willbereportingto,andsupportedbytheLifecycleManager, todeliveralargewide-rangingprogrammeofworksonourPFISchoolsContract. The Surveyors mainobjectiveswillbetosupporttheLifecycleteam,maximiseprojectprofitability,minimiseprojectrisk,andensurecontractualobligationsaremet. ThePFISchoolsitesarelocatedacrossthecentralbeltinEastDunbartonshireandSouthLanarkshire.Travelout-withtheseareaswouldrarelyberequired,forexampleasitevisitorclientmeetingforothercontracts,oratraining/personaldevelopmentcourse.
