Primary Teaching Assistant – Bradford
Milk Education are recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Mainstream Primary School in Bradford. This role is available on both a long-term and short-term basis, starting as soon as possible!
You’ll be joining a supportive and inclusive school community that values diversity and strives to create a positive, nurturing environment for all pupils.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
2. Providing consistent 1:1 support and responding to individual needs
3. Assisting the class teacher with planning, evaluating, and adapting lessons
4. Delivering small-group or catch-up sessions
Essential Requirements:
5. Recent and relevant experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
6. A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
7. Strong numeracy and literacy skills
8. Ability to follow the guidance and direction of the class teacher
9. Experience with personal care is desirable
