We're hiring a Showroom Host to join a leading client's team in Hillington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service who enjoys making a great first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties :
* Greet customers as they arrive
* Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits)
* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
* Maintain showroom presentation and tidiness
* Assist with arranging products and displays
* Provide support to the sales and customer service team
* Answer basic customer queries and direct them appropriately
Shift Times:
* Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
* Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
* Confident communicator with good spoken English
* Positive attitude and a team player
* Comfortable working weekends
