Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor / Legal Executive)
Location: Wimborne, Dorset

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join an established and supportive team. This role will involve managing a varied caseload of traditional private client matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of private client matters independently
* Drafting Wills, including more complex estate planning arrangements
* Advising on Probate and the Administration of Estates
* Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Attorneyships
* Trust creation and administration
* Providing advice on inheritance tax and estate planning matters
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and HMRC
* Delivering a sensitive and supportive service, particularly during difficult life events
* Supporting the continued development of the private client department
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
* Ideally 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client work (all levels considered)
* Solid experience in wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
* Strong communication skills with a personable and empathetic approach
* Ability to manage caseload independently while working as part of a team
* Commitment to delivering high standards of client care
