Team Introduction
:The Finance Business Partner, TikTok Shop team are responsible for overseeing user growth expenses, including forecasting, expense review and approval, efficiency analysis, performance evaluations, risk management, and other finance-related activities. This role plays a key part in supporting the TikTok Shop User Growth business team by driving strategic decision-making and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Position Summary: Support the team's full process of Budget Management, including but not limited to forecasting and budgeting, efficiency analysis, performance recap, risk control and other finance related issues to assist the team on both strategy decision making and daily operation. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the business and strategy team, provide insightful and quality financial modelling, forecasting, research and analysis to support business decisions. - Constantly optimise the budget management processes and measurement of key metrics/targets to support the team achieve the objectives. - Provide accurate and on-time track of business financial performance, and provide deepdive analysis. - Build and optimise financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks. - Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis along with business development progress.
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of Finance BP, FP&A or related analytical experience. - Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis. - Exceptional analysis, modelling and research skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions. - Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is the primary working language and English proficiency may be limited. Preferred Qualifications: - e-Commerce industry experience, or TMT experience - Full view of Finance processes and full Profit & Loss (P&L) management experience. - CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications preferred.
