Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards
Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice
Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food
Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development
Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience
Good level of English
Be flexible; Make it easy for our guests, and your fellow team members, communicate effectively and be creative.
