Role: Temporary Operations Administrator
Location: Buckingham
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 35 hours per week
Salary: £13.50 per hour
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Operations Administrator to join our client’s successful and busy team.
Duties of an Operations Administrator:
Act as the first point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders by phone, email, and online
Manage and respond to a high volume of communications daily
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and compliance checks
Create, format, and proofread documents and reports
Set up and maintain online platforms and systems
Support operational processes, including scheduling, allocation of resources, and organising events or meetings
Arrange reviews, audits, or moderation of work as required
Organise online and in person meetings and events
Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate record keeping
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations
What we would like from you:
Educated to A-level or equivalent (degree desirable but not essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
A team player who can also work independently and use initiative
Previous experience in training, administration, or compliance is desirable but not essential
