The Role:
You will work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to:
* Provide on-the-day clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute presentations
* Support patients with minor illness, urgent needs, and exacerbations of long-term conditions
* Play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and patient satisfaction
* This role is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week across five days. However, applications for a job share arrangement will also be considered.
* The salary for this role is negotiable and will be dependent on the candidate's level of experience.
We're Looking For:
* A qualified and registered Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Nurse Practitioner
* Experience in primary care or urgent care settings (desirable)
* Confidence in independent prescribing and decision-making
* A compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented approach
