Travel required 1-2 trips per quarter (mainly Europe/Spain, occasional US). Must-Have (Non-Negotiables) * 10+ years' experience in digital advertising * Strong product knowledge of Google Search & YouTube * Proven client-facing experience (agency or tech side) * Commercial acumen and comfort owning sales/growth targets * Experience operating at global / HQ level * Ability to take full end-to-end ownership of a client relationship * Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret data, extract insights, and drive action * Demonstrated leadership and gravitas in senior stakeholder environments * Background in Google, Tiktok, Meta, Amazon, or similar tech sales environments * Prior exposure to Google Marketing Platform * Experience with finance or retail clients * Familiarity with political dynamics in large global organisations * Experience influencing market sales teams without direct authority
