We’re working with a leading firm that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate solicitor to join their specialist Court of Protection team. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive environment that truly values client care and professional development.
The role:
Handling a varied and interesting caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications, financial management, and vulnerable client work
Working closely with families, carers, and other professionals to protect the best interests of clients
Advising on welfare matters, capacity issues, and liaising with the Office of the Public Guardian
