Dream Medical are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse for a long term locum placement until April within a Modern GP surgery. The practice is easily accessible via public transport and is in a central location.
You will be working alongside a friendly team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and ANPs to deliver an exceptional standard of patient care and support.
You must be up to date with the following:
1. Asthma reviews
2. Baby Immunizations
3. Diabetes
4. Cytology
5. Chronic diseases
6. COPD reviews
7. Spiro
8. Travel vaccinations
9. B12 & other injections
10. Care plans for dementia
11. Elderly checks
Your role will be basic Practice Nurse Duties as well as offering health promotional advice such as Smoking Cessation and Weight loss advice.
You must:
1. Have an enhanced DBS within 1 year of issue
2. Have relevant experience and qualifications
3. Be registered with NMC with Valid pin
