This is a great opportunity for a graduate or A-level (or equivalent) leaver, or anyone with admin/customer service experience who brings a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

Reporting to
Marketing Manager
What you’ll be doing
* ✅ General admin support to the Marketing team
* ✅ Updating and maintaining customer/contact records and trackers
* ✅ Helping coordinate campaigns, surveys and the monthly newsletter
* ✅ Handling customer enquiries by phone/email and ensuring follow-up
* ✅ Supporting and coordinating email campaigns/social media activity
* ✅ Assisting with awards admin and basic media-related admin tasks
What we’re looking for
* 🔹 Strong written English and confident basic numeracy
* 🔹 Good Computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* 🔹 Great attention to detail (proofreading/checking accuracy)
* 🔹 Organised, reliable, and able to juggle tasks and deadlines
* 🔹 Confident, professional phone manner
* 🔹 Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn
Nice to have (not essential): Photoshop, InDesign or WordPress experience.
