As a Tech Bar Support Specialist with expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), you will collaborate with our client's IT Support and Infrastructure Team. You will be responsible for facilitating device handovers and supporting users through a mobile migration process.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Location: Hawewater House - Warrington, WA5 3LP
Contract Duration: 27 October 2025 to 19 December 2025 (8 weeks)
Roles and Responsibilities
* Facilitating handover of new mobile devices and collection of Legacy devices. Recording all handovers and returns, providing daily/weekly summary reports. Supporting users migrating from Workspace ONE to MDM or setting up new devices, following the agreed migration approach. Providing additional remote support via Microsoft Teams (or similar) for all users in scope
Other stuff we're potentially looking for
Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience with mobile device deployment and MDM platforms. Ability to work independently and manage daily reporting. Comfortable providing remote support and troubleshooting
