About Us:

We are a well-established business with over 20 years’ experience within recruitment, specialising in recruiting staff for the Automotive, Logistics, Transport and Warehousing sectors.

Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support both our Payroll and Recruitment teams at our Market Harborough head office.

This is a varied office-based administration role that would suit somebody organised, reliable and highly confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office systems. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support across multiple areas of the business and act as a key link between the Recruitment and Back Office teams.

Working alongside the Recruitment team in the office, the successful candidate will help ensure important information relating to new starters, payroll and compliance is communicated efficiently to the wider business.

The Role:

1. Supporting payroll with weekly timesheet administration and processing workers’ hours
2. Acting as a link between the Recruitment and Back Office teams
3. Chasing and passing on information required for payroll and onboarding processes
4. Sending onboarding documents to new starters
5. Updating candidate and worker information on internal CRM systems
6. Maintaining weekly reports and trackers, including advertising reports and candidate trackers
7. Updating driving licence summary reports
8. Producing and updating Excel spreadsheets and reports
9. General office administration duties
10. Supporting the wider team with additional administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

11. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential
12. Willingness to learn and develop new skills
13. Good attention to detail
14. Strong organisational skills
15. Confident communication skills
16. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
17. Reliable and proactive approach to work
18. Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
