Are you a detail-oriented Cloud Systems and Data expert? Do you have care industry or similar experience? You will ensure our network makes the most of existing systems, support training and knowledge development alongside data management and interrogation to enable everyone to deliver outstanding care and achieve business success. This role can be fully remote, hybrid and based out of our head office in Poole, Dorset.
What will you do?
· Lead the optimisation of all key cloud-based systems used by the franchise network
· Act as the primary contact for third-party software providers and Identify and implement system upgrades or solutions
· Maintain system compliance, ensuring data security and regulatory standards are met
· Deliver reports and actionable insights from data to improve care quality, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes across the network
· Provide training and resources to franchisees and their teams on system use
· Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruptions
· Partner with the team to ensure systems and analytics align with the company’s growth strategy
· Lead process and system improvements to support continued business growth and success
Who are you?
· You have experience managing cloud software systems, ideally within the care industry
· You’re able to quickly learn and adapt your approach to suit the business or end-user
· A strong ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
· You have excellent communication skills to explain technical information and can be highly collaborative with diverse groups and mixed abilities
· You’re highly accurate with a very strong attention to detail
· You’re able to take ownership of projects, manage priorities, and inspire confidence
· Ideally you’re familiar with platforms such as Slack, CRMs, care management software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
· Ideally you have a background in training or support, with experience delivering systems training
What do we offer?
· £45-55k per annum and annual bonus
