Were supporting a leading organisation in the engineering and infrastructure sector looking for a Workday Integration Consultant to provide expert guidance on integration strategy across HR and IT.
The Role This is a consultative role focused on advising how Workday should integrate with wider systems using standard APIs and best practice patterns, rather than building bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on Workday integration approaches across HR processes (e.g. employee lifecycle, job changes)
* Define API usage, events, payloads, and sequencing
* Guide HR and IT teams on integration best practices and architectural standards
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and avoid unnecessary customisation
* Collaborate with ServiceNow and Azure Logic Apps teams for seamless integration
Requirements
* Strong understanding of Workday data models, APIs, and integration patterns
* Proven experience in a consultative/architecture-focused Workday role
* Experience working in complex enterprise environments
* Strong stakeholder management across HR and IT
* Ability to challenge and influence decisions early

* Senior, self-sufficient consultant
* Comfortable working across global, cross-functional teams
* Experience supporting HR-led transformation programmes
