* Shift pattern: 2-day shifts (06:00-18:00), 2 night shifts (18:00-06:00), followed by 4 days off

Enhanced Pay Rates
* Overtime (outside regular shifts) when lone working (nights and weekends): £19.66 per hour (time and a half)
* Bank Holidays: £26.22 per hour (double time)
* Christmas Day: £39.33 per hour (triple time)

What you'll do
* Welcome staff, contractors and visitors while ensuring security procedures are followed
* Monitor the site and identify any security risks or rule infractions
* Carry out regular patrols, maintaining a visible and reassuring presence
* Respond promptly and professionally to alarms and security incidents
* Enforce site policies and procedures
* Complete accurate incident reports and detailed shift handovers
What you'll bring
* A valid and in-date SIA Licence
* A full valid driving licence
* Previous experience in a security role, ideally within a corporate or industrial environment
* Excellent observation, communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
* A strong understanding of security procedures and best practices
