Role Overview
Teach Music across Key Stages 3-4 within a supportive SEMH environment
Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons tailored to pupils' needs
Use music to develop confidence, emotional expression and self-regulation
Build positive relationships and support students' academic and personal development
Work alongside talented SEN, pastoral and therapeutic teams
Contribute to a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
QTS/QTLS preferred, but strong unqualified Music Teachers considered
Experience with SEMH, SEN or challenging behaviour is highly desirable

Strong behaviour management skills
Passionate about making a difference through creative teaching
