Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton.
We are seeking an experienced administrator/scheduling assistant to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis.
As a technical administrator/scheduling assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Efficiently coordinating engineers, booking future jobs, and optimizing routes.
3. Providing quotations to customers.
4. Identifying key information through initial investigations with customers.
5. Updating and maintaining the in-house CRM system.
6. Using Microsoft Office packages regularly.
7. Communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
8. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Hours of work: 10:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
