As a Content Producer, you will be at the heart of our Creative Marketing Team, based in our Loughborough studio. Given the pace of the industry and our evolution into the direct-to-consumer space, you will need photography experience and adaptability to meet the demands of the business across a variety of work in service of our six iconic brands. With a passion for photography, interior design and content creation and a keen eye for digitally focused imagery, this role will be critical as we support the business through its digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Embedded within the graphic design studio, this role is responsible for shaping how interior design projects are captured, curated, and presented across digital, print, and press platforms.
Photography Production:
* Ensuring all products are lit correctly, efficiently and creatively, in accordance with our company guidelines.
* Produce high quality and consistently beautiful images and short film videography, ensuring they are correctly exposed and colour consistent.
Post-Production Oversight
* Crop and process all images and product films, maintaining file size specification set out in guidelines.
* Perform quality assurance on all images produced.
* Uploading/downloading images on and off FTP sites as required.
Project management
* Planning workstack to meet the competing demands across our six brands, responding to changes of direction as required.
* Maintain proper file management and accurate naming conventions to guidelines.
* Responsible for organizing and maintaining the company content library as well as distribution to cross-functional teams as requested.
* Maintaining a tidy, structured work environment within the studio.
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience working within a digital photographic and film editing studios.
* Previous commercial photographic experience with sound knowledge of photography, videography and lighting skills.
* Strong understanding of colour correction on digital content files.
* Good working knowledge of using Capture One and Canon equipment is essential.
* Able to follow processes to consistently reproduce excellent quality product content.
* A meticulous eye for detail.
* Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
* Self-motivated, positive and hard working and resilient working under pressure.
Whilst this role is based in the Loughborough studio, a level of flexibility and travel may be required to meet collection launch requirements.
As a hands-on role, there is also a requirement to physically lift and arrange products to shoot.
