What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse qualification ( RGN ) with active NMC registration. Post-qualification experience in nursing, ideally in complex care or disability settings. Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs. Carry out assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress to ensure the best outcomes. Administer medications accurately and maintain detailed clinical records in line with NMC standards. Support residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life. Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and healthcare professionals. Contribute to maintaining the nursing home’s Good CQC rating through excellent clinical practice and compliance. Promote a warm, inclusive environment where residents feel supported and valued.
