A long-established building contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse range of fit out and refurbishment works for public sector and private sector clients. Project values range from £100,000 to £5 million and are primarily based in the North West. However, as the company operates nationally, you will be expected to travel to sites across the UK as required. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams across various locations. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple construction contracts from pre-construction through to final handover. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and quality standards. Coordinate and oversee site managers and ensure effective day-to-day site operations. Maintain close communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
