Senior Associate / Partner – Employment

A highly regarded London firm is looking for a Senior Associate or Partner Employment Lawyer to lead and expand its Employment department. With strong existing workflow and a loyal client roster, this is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role from day one.
Ideal for a Senior Associate ready to move into a Partner-track role within 3–6 months, or an established Partner seeking a platform where they can truly shape a department.
The Role
* Lead on contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
* Manage tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing
* Advise on contracts, handbooks, HR processes and day-to-day advisory
* Handle TUPE and employment support on corporate deals
* Take ownership of the Employment practice and help drive firm-wide growth
* Build client relationships and support business development initiatives
What You’ll Need
* Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious Employment work
* Ability to manage matters independently
* Commercial, pragmatic approach to advising clients
* Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to lead a team
* Interest in practice growth and client development
