Description
The successful Facilities Assistant will:
Assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of facilities to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure work is completed to the required standard.
Liaise with Site Manager regarding evening events and holiday maintenance works
Conduct routine inspections of the premises and report issues promptly.
Be responsible for the general tidiness, cleanliness and safety of the all school areas.
Support health and safety compliance across the organisation, including fire safety checks.
Manage stock levels for maintenance supplies and reorder as necessary.
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all facilities-related activities and documentation.
Work Monday-Friday 12:00-20:00 (19:30 finish one day a week).Profile
A successful Facilities Assistant should have:
A background in building, real estate and property general maintenance.
The ability to work effectively and independently in a busy environment.
