Responsibilities:
As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Registering new buyers and coordinating marketing efforts locally and with nearby offices.
2. Preparing engaging property brochures to attract potential buyers.
3. Managing KYC and AML processes while liaising with internal compliance teams.
4. Overseeing the invoicing process, assisting with debt collection to ensure timely payments.
5. Keeping window cards, brochure displays, and office systems up-to-date.
6. Liaising with potential buyers, arranging viewings, and managing diaries.
7. Maintaining client files and the residential client database.
8. Establishing trusted relationships to facilitate client onboarding.
9. Implementing strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency.
10. Handling any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks effectively.
2. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service background.
4. The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
5. A proactive approach to administration, always seeking efficiencies in processes.
6. A positive attitude toward routine tasks and an exceptional attention to detail.
7. An understanding of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
