Description 11 – 16 Co-educational Comprehensive NOR 1465 Required for November/December 2025 Pupil Premium and Attendance Support Fixed term, in the first instance, until 31 December 2026 37 hours per week, term time only (44.6 total paid weeks per year) £24,467 per annum (NB this salary will be proportionately reduced to reflect part/term time only working) We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our school’s attendance team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for pupil premium initiatives and assist the Attendance Manager in developing and maintaining systems that encourage strong student attendance and foster positive attitudes towards it. This role will require close working with both the SIMS and pastoral teams, regular interaction with students, and communication with parents/carers and external agencies. Therefore, strong professional communication skills across various levels will be needed. Applicants should possess the ability to work effectively with young people, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and bring a self-motivated, friendly approach to the role. A high level of computer literacy and strong organisational skills are essential, along with the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team. While experience in a school environment and familiarity with SIMS would be advantageous, full training will be provided.
