* We will visit you regularly to make sure you are happy at work – we work when you work
* We will make sure you have a fully stocked cleaning cupboard
* We will always pay you on time – and if we make a mistake with your wages, correct this immediately
* We are on call 24/7 to help you with any emergency
* We will always pay above the national minimum levels
* We will encourage you to progress if you wish to do so – all our management team have progressed within Clean Slate
