This role involves supporting various hatchery tasks and working closely with the team to maintain high standards of productivity and care. Job Duties: * Support all hatchery operations from egg production to delivery of day-old ducks. * Maintain a clean, hygienic, and biosecure working environment. * Accurately complete and update all records related to your tasks. * Monitor health and safety equipment, reporting any issues to the manager. * Communicate regularly with the Line Manager and site staff to ensure smooth information flow. * Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the Company Handbook. * Ensure the health and welfare of ducks and eggs under your care. * Perform any additional poultry farming tasks as reasonably assigned by the company.
